This is the final call for entry forms for the 2009 Ohio Star Ball. The entry deadline is before Oct. 7, 2009. Please get those forms mailed in as soon as possible. Details for submitting entry forms can be found on the Entry Forms page at the web site. Please visit the web site to view this information. If you have any questions or need more help please contact us or send an email. Also, be aware that the rooms that we have blocked at the Hyatt and Drury Inn are a part of the packages. The other hotels are filling up fast, so book soon.
